Who we are.
The High Country Republican Women (HCRW) is a chartered member of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW). We are a group of “like-minded” Republican women of Haywood and nearby counties who are interested in educating themselves and others on current political issues and who support conservative Constitutional principles. We facilitate camaraderie and networking among Republican women. We encourage active participation of women in the political process. We foster and encourage loyalty to the Republican Party and promote it’s ideals.
Our Goals.
- To increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government.
- To aid in the betterment of our communities by participating in and/or contributing to community projects.
- To support and aid in the selection/election of the Republican Party’s nominees in county, state, and national races.
- To promote the principals and policies of the Republican Party: limited government, lower taxes, Constitutional rule of law, strong national security, religious freedom, sanctity of life, and equal opportunity, liberty and justice for all.

Critical Race Theory [CRT]
It is not about race, it’s about class warfare, ie dumbing down of the general population in order to protect the power of intellectual elites. Schools around the country are forcing this curriculum on children encouraging them to hate white people and white kids to hate the color of their skin. The people behind this are Marxist; they’re Democrats who never supported the integration of blacks into society for over 200 years. It goes back to the history of our country, when corporate globalists, like Rockefeller and Carnegie introduced social engineering into our universities. Those people are against one group of people, conservatives, and those who espouse American Dream of hard work, fair pay, and unlimited opportunity. They want to rewrite the true history of our country and the values America was founded upon. It’s about power, and the key to their quest is through divisive theories that divide our American culture.
On the grassroots level, a multicultural and bipartisan coalition is emerging to do battle against CRT. Parents are mobilizing against racially divisive curricula in public schools and employees are increasingly speaking out against it in the workplace. We must all have courage to stand and speak the truth. Together we can make a difference and win this battle.
This needs action now if women don’t want their children & grandchildren indoctrinated into a Marxist ideology. Comments must be made before May 19th. Your time and attention is needed now! Make your voice heard!
